It is important to emphasize that the time is an estimate, since we do not have control of the delivery times of the shipping companies, it can arrive days before the indicated time or days later. We ship all packages on time after processing.
In high seasons, especially in Black Friday / Christmas, the products could be delayed because shipping companies have excessive work on deliveries. You should not worry because your product will be in transit, and you will have it at the door of your home or office.
On some occasions you should wait up to 5 business days for the tracker to reflect the updates.
It leaves our hands if there is delay in shipments with customs clearance or a delay with shipping companies, you must also ensure that there are no problems, such as an incorrect address or that the package is returned to the deposit due to failed delivery attempts, etc. To avoid unnecessary delays and shipping rates, make sure your shipping address is 100% accurate.
